Anthony S. Magistro
As Founder & CEO of Magistro Advisory Group, I bring over 15 years of experience in professional services and HR management to help small and mid-sized businesses thrive. I hold a master’s degree in HR Management, and my career has spanned Fortune 500 and small businesses alike. This gave me a unique perspective of the HR challenges employers from both sides of the coin endure on a regular basis.
Early in my career, I saw how small and mid-sized businesses often lacked access to the same level of strategic HR guidance that larger corporations benefit from. That realization inspired me to launch Magistro Advisory Group — a firm dedicated to bridging that gap through Fractional HR services.
Today, MAG provides scalable HR solutions that range from managing day-to-day HR operations to project-based initiatives. Our goal is simple: take on the HR work you don’t have time for, lower your costs, and keep them under control — backed by a partnership built on consistency, transparency, and follow‑through.
