Meet our Founder/CEO
Anthony S. Magistro
As the Founder/CEO of a dynamic HR consulting and business optimization group, I bring together years of experience, education, and passion to help small and mid-sized businesses thrive. My professional career includes over a decade at a Fortune 500 company in the Professional Services industry, where I gained deep insights into organizational strategies and HR management. Beyond HR, I have spent time working for small businesses in the real estate and property management industries, which equipped me with a holistic understanding of diverse business landscapes. With my experience of working for Fortune 500 and small businesses, I understand the struggles of employers from both ends of the spectrum.
Before starting MAG, while working for Big 4 professional services firm and at the forefront of AI, I was receiving extensive training on how to use AI effectively and responsibly. I started experimenting with the most cutting-edge AI tools and seeing all the possibilities this has for every industry. AI is not meant to replace people (in my opinion) it's meant to enhance the way we think and create more opportunities to evolve the workforce into the future. I have successfully leveraged AI tools to implement innovative processes that saved time and resources, allowing employees to focus on strategic and creative work. This constantly evolving technology is the modern-day wild west, with exciting opportunities for transforming the way businesses operate every day. By understanding your business and processes, I can help identify areas where AI can streamline operations, reduce costs, and unlock new efficiencies.
I hold a master’s degree from the University of Scranton in HR Management, which laid a strong academic foundation for my career. Throughout the years, I realized there was a pressing need for smaller organizations to access the same level of strategic guidance and tools that larger corporation’s benefit from. That is why I started this business—to bridge that gap and deliver tailored solutions that empower businesses to achieve their full potential. My aim is to help small and mid-sized businesses solve the problems and challenges of today to advance your future growth.
From a personal perspective, I am always focused on my family. My wife, kids and I are always on the go. Sports games or dance recitals or the beach, it's always about the family and making the important moments count.
